DIRECTION 01 / CLINICS

Could every visit start with the whole story?

Less time reconstructing a patient’s past. More attention for the person in front of you.

An idea to investigate

The possibility

I’m exploring how conversations, earlier prescriptions, and reports could become useful patient context. A clinic could begin the next visit with a clearer picture, while the doctor reviews what becomes part of the record.

The context underneath

The consultation, earlier visits, medicines, allergies, and the patient’s own account.

What could be useful?

  • Voice-assisted documentation, reviewed by the doctor
  • Patient history that carries context between visits
  • A useful record across paper, phones, and clinic systems

What I want to learn

  1. What context does a doctor actually need before a visit?
  2. Can capture work in noisy, multilingual consultations?
  3. How should patients control recording, access, and sharing?
The record should support the consultation and preserve where each detail came from.

These are exploratory directions. The first implementation, its form factor, and any clinical or operational value would need to be tested in the setting where it is used.
